Quality counts at Altius

Posted by Altius on Dec 6, 2011 2:08:47 PM

Altius is proud to announce that it has achieved certification against the ISO9001 quality standard for the third consecutive year.

We believe that the BSI, a UKAS accredited certification body, upholds the same rigorous auditing standards that Altius applies in its own assessment and accreditation procedures, which is why we insist on this ‘gold’ standard certification system in assessing our vendors for quality.

We take our quality management system (QMS) very seriously indeed and it is embedded into our everyday way of working – forming the bedrock of our operation and enabling us to manage the business efficiently and effectively.

This leads to the continual improvement of our systems and ensures high standards of quality to our customers and clients.

We actively encourage any feedback (good or bad) and aim to use this to improve our service and product. Using ISO9001 as our quality standard ensures that all these positive changes are effectively fed through to all aspects of our business.
