Fee for Intervention - Are you prepared?

Posted by Altius on Oct 1, 2012 4:06:29 PM

The Health and Safety Executive's (HSE) Fee for Intervention (FFI) started on 1 October 2012, enabling HSE to recover its costs when tackling material breaches of health and safety law.

Those who break health and safety laws are liable for recovery of HSE's costs, including inspection, investigation and taking enforcement action.

At £124 per hour, getting health and safety wrong could prove expensive.

Contact the Altius team for advice or check out HSE advice.
