Derby City Council seeks maintenance and construction contractors

Derby City Council is seeking contractors for a £6.3 million package of planned and reactive maintenance and minor construction works. The framework agreement covers the day-to-day maintenance, minor refurbishment, and plant and equipment servicing work to some 700 properties of various kinds including system built buildings (but excluding council housing) together with occasional maintenance of street furniture. The framework agreement will be in the form of nine lots. comprising: 1. roofing; 2. mechanical; 3. flooring; 4. metalwork; 5. painting and decorating; 6. glazing; 7. lifts; 8. kitchen maintenance; 9. playground equipment.

The Closing deadline is 10 September 2012.
