Congratulations to Altius client company SGP Property & Facilities Management, which has won the Partnerships Bulletin Best PPP Facilities Management Provider award for the second year running.
The awards scheme, now in its 14th year, recognises excellence in public private partnerships and rewards those involved for their commitment and achievement during the year.
The judges selected SGP ahead of other market-leading facilities management providers for their true partnership approach to FM provision across 24 PPP contracts. The award was granted in particular recognition of the management of high profile government offices in central London during a period of significant change as well as supporting Barnhill Community High, Hillingdon, one of the first PFI Schools, to achieve academy status.
The judges were also impressed with the efforts that had been made during 2011 in developing and introducing marketing-leading software to manage efficiency and the KPI scoring of PPP contracts, combined with the in-house supplier accreditation system through Altius Vendor Assessment.
Kevin Elliott, Managing Director, SGP, said: "We are delighted to have been recognised with the 2012 Partnerships Bulletin Award for Best PPP Facilities Management Provider for the second time in two years. This award is testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams who have worked tirelessly through some challenging times to deliver a service deserved of the community that each contract serves."
