Congratulations to our newest Elite Vendors

Posted by Altius on Jan 10, 2012 9:35:07 AM

We are proud to welcome two new Altius Elite Vendors, who have proved that they adhere to the highest possible standards of professionalism by meeting the stringent requirements of all five of the Altius Assessment Globes (Commercial, Risk Management, Customer Service, Corporate Social Responsibility and Quality Management).

Elite Vendor Asbestech www.asbestech.com is a specialist nationwide asbestos and hazard removal and abatement contractor with a history spanning more than 25 years. The company has frameworks with a large number of blue chip and household name clients, including most of the major supermarkets and banks.

After abatement has been completed there is often a need for reinstatement work to replace the hazardous materials with modern, safe alternatives, which is undertaken by Asbestech's multi-skilled operatives, saving time and money in finding and appointing separate contractors.

CHC Group Ltd www.chcltd.com, based in Northern Ireland, was established in 1969, and operates in the Building Engineering Services industry where it has an enviable list of clients - from government departments to private sector.

The company has invested substantially in the most up-to-date computerised costing, design and facilities management systems which enable fast response and increase service and productivity levels.

CHC has a long history of installation and maintenance in the mechanical services industry - providing design and build services to new or existing buildings, together with planned preventative maintenance of the installation thereafter, helping clients to extend life expectancy of plant and equipment.

All Assured Vendors have an opportunity to aim higher and work towards Elite Vendor status by gaining accreditation in the additional areas of Customer Service, Corporate Social Responsibility and Quality Management. There is no extra cost for the additional assessment and the rewards are significant in terms of meeting the requirements of more clients, and therefore being eligible to win more business, and in being recognised as an elite performer.
